SANGUIS CYCLE DETAILS
Just a heads up in case anyone wants to use these tidbits to spice up/dampen CR or pursue specific scenarios with him! I welcome any kind of CR, be it negative or positive, and CR roller-coasters are my guilty pleasure, give me all the angst!

Regular Sanguis Cycle
Possible physical changes
  • He hasn't exactly gone through it as of July yet, but he'll get (non-permanent) coyote ears, fangs and tail soon.
  • No special powers except for a very slight increase in physical strength so far. It makes his farm work easier!

    Possible temperament changes
  • Might feel more on edge, especially when low on chroma. This happens sometimes, as he tends to ignore moonlacing is necessary to live. Because what are these "trust" and "physical affection" things everyone goes on about? He (likes to think he) doesn't need any of those.
  • Nightmares about his trauma become more frequent — leading to nights of poor sleep, which in turn, has an impact on his already volatile mood
  • Smokes more often to calm himself down
  • Might crave sweet food more strongly than usual for the same reason as the above — treating him to something sweet can be a quicker way to get on his good side, though he might try to resist the offer as to not feel indebted
  • Is more prone to become openly aggressive with words and, to a lesser degree, with actions too
  • Will often try to avoid prolonged contact with others, to lessen the risks of lashing out in blind annoyance or anger
  • ... or ironically, he might become a lot more skittish and even more suspicious! Kind of like a side-effect of his physical changes
  • May become high(er) on bloodlust, and seek danger or violence for pleasure
  • During intimate moments, may treat his partner more roughly — and may likewise become more receptive to the same kind of treatment for the thrill of it (the former won't happen without player consent, though!)
